Pamela Wagener
CMTP & Practice Administrator
Pamela Wagener is a seasoned professional in medical tourism, nursing administration, and strategic planning. With a background in sales, marketing, and business brokering, she has cultivated a vast network in healthcare and real estate sectors across the US, Australia, Philippines, India, Colombia, China, UK, and Europe. Her affiliations span diverse industries, including the EB-5 visa program, Marriott International Vacations Club, and major travel agencies. Pamela has close ties with healthcare institutions, such as MD Anderson, Nemour's Children's Hospital Orlando, Advent Health Orlando, John Hopkins and Mayo Clinic, bolstered by her work with Sofie Pharmacy and Crestar Labs. Pamela excels as a medical practice management consultant, specializing (FDA-protocol) in diabetic peripheral neuropathy, EMR software, medical billing integration, credentialing and third-party gateway platforms. She has a broad network of 500+ doctors across the US, Philippines, India, and Thailand, covering fields like general surgery, oncology, orthopedic, plastic surgery, dermatology, and more. Her expertise and extensive connections make her a valuable asset in healthcare.
Our Director
Dr. Shaik Ejazuddin, MD Dr. Shaik Ejazuddin is an internist in Orlando, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Central Florida Behavioral Hospital and AdventHealth Orlando. He received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Shaik Ejazuddin has expertise in treating stroke, chronic diabetes, chronic high blood pressure, among other conditions. He is accepting new patients at his medical office and is available for appointments, preventive care, and medical care as well as ongoing patient care.

Dr. Terel Newton serves as the Director of Healthcare Innovation, leading the development and implementation of forward-thinking educational programs and initiatives for healthcare professionals. With expertise in emerging technologies, healthcare trends, and medical education, Dr. Newton designs impactful learning experiences that enhance professional skills and improve patient care outcomes. His collaborative approach and visionary leadership drive transformative solutions that advance healthcare education and practice.

Anabelle F. Tan
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Anabelle F. Tan is a Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years of experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Anabelle's extensive experience includes working in surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and various clinical rotations. She has a strong background in perioperative care, surgical procedures, and clinical assessments. Anabelle is dedicated to promoting health and wellness across the lifespan, and she has the skills to work independently, lead teams, and provide holistic patient care. She is also well-versed in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Anabelle is a valuable addition to any healthcare team.
Luis Aponte
Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, NP-C
Luis Aponte started his journey over ten years ago when he first stepped into nursing after completing his bachelor's in Sciences of Nursing in 2013. He quickly discovered his passion for helping others and positively impacting their lives through healthcare. He has worked in various clinical settings, including the Medicine Ward and the Intensive Care Unit, where he gained valuable experience, honed my skills, and developed a deep understanding of patient care. Upon moving to Florida, driven by a desire to expand his scope of practice and provide more specialized care, Luis pursued further education and training by completing his Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. He speaks both English and Spanish and consider himself an honest, confident, and respectful practitioner. He always gives the same care to his patient as he would wish for himself while also being conscious of their individual needs. Luis will be honored to take care of your health.
